My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. Fully customized fitness program. Workouts with videos to accompany each day also take the guesswork out of your program! Your Calendar is laid out a month ahead in advance with alerts on checkins, extra work, refeed days...all the tools you need to reach your goals, no matter where you are.

Look Good, Feel Good

A Customized and ever-evolving nutrition plan that includes calorie/macro templates. Weekly checkins and goal setting keeps the accountability high!

Solo or Small Group

1 hour of structured personal training. Very personalized and catered to your fitness level. Depending on what city I’m in, prices vary. Email me for more info!
